Originals & Limited Edition Prints
Due to the handmade, original nature of Chantrice Rachelle Art originals, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be given. While we have done our best to capture the accuracy in colors, hues may vary from screen to screen. However, if for some reason you feel there is a problem with your item, please email your name, order number, order date, description of the issue, and photos info@chantricerachelleart.com within 72 hours of tracked delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If issues are due to mishandling during shipping, please also photograph and keep all shipping and packaging materials for carrier investigation. If accommodation for a return can be honored (as determined via e-mail) the customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping costs.
Prints & Merch
All sales are final. If there is an issue with your purchase, please email your name, order number, order date, description of the issue, and photos info@chantricerachelleart.com within 72 hours of tracked delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please include images of the issue(s) with your prints or merch in your email. If accommodation for an exchange can be honored (as determined via e-mail) the customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping costs.

If for any reason, an item is returned, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
