Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only create abstract art?
No. My other style of art is pop nostalgism. Pop Nostalgism is my unique style of art using elements of pop art and childhood memories, fused with human emotion. This art is available with Creative Rebel Studios and can be viewed and purchased here.
Are Prints available?
Currently, prints of abstract work are not available. This ensures that your piece is truly a 1 of 1, unique original. As time goes on, this makes your asset that much more valuable, as no one else will even have a replica of your art.
Do you do commissions/custom paintings?
Yes, commissions are open and limited slots are available, so let’s discuss your vision asap. However, keep in mind that commissions are open exclusively for abstract works and will be created in Chantrice Rachelle’s style with inspiration on themes/colors from you. Prices vary by size and detail and will be provided upon discussion of your vision. A 50% deposit is required for all commissions. All commissions will require a minimum of a month’s time to complete; rush requests, if available, will incur an additional fee.
Can I pick up my painting instead of having it shipped?
Yes, if you are located in the Atlanta area we can arrange a pickup/delivery day for no additional cost. Installations and/or hanging advisement are not included with delivery.
Are payment plans available?
Yes! We understand that in today’s economy, owning a beautiful piece of luxury art may require collectors and clients to break up payments. Payment plans vary by piece but will typically require a 30%-50% down payment to reserve the artwork. The client/collector will receive the art after the final payment is received. If you are eyeing the perfect piece but want to discuss a plan, do not hesitate to contact us info@chantricerachelleart.com
How will my art be packaged and shipped?
Art up to 36x48 will be shipped, carefully wrapped, and protected in a flat box via UPS or FedEx. All works larger than 38x48 will be removed from the stretcher bars, rolled, and shipped in a shipping tube- upon receiving you will want to take your art to a local framing shop to have the canvas re-stretched (contact your local framers for pricing).
What happens if I change my mind after receiving my artwork?
Original artwork sales are final and non-refundable unless they do not arrive in good condition. All shipped art will be insured with the carrier. If your artwork don’t arrive in good condition, please notify us immediately and photograph and keep all packaging for carrier inspection. Please provide your full name, address, photos, and order number so we can process your claim in an efficient and timely manner.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the dimensions, shipping destination, and weight of the artwork purchased.
